BCS: Extraordinary General Meeting held
(Bergen, 20 May 2022): Bergen Carbon Solutions AS (BCS, OSE:BCS)
Pursuant to the Notice of 12 May 2022, an Extraordinary General Meeting of Bergen Carbon Solutions AS (BCS) was held today, 20 May 2022.
The Extraordinary General Meeting resolved to approve all matters as proposed in the Notice.
