A total of 265 participants in the Company's share option program have on May
20[th] 2022 exercised a total of 131 625 options at a strike price of NOK 50.80.
A total of 218 participants in the Company's share option program have on May
20[th] 2022 exercised a total of 101 225 options at a strike price of NOK 55.11.
Following the exercise, the employees will purchase 232 850 shares.
2 000 options have been exercised by primary insiders.
The following primary insider has been exercised options:
Anne Thorbjørnsen has exercised 500 options and bought 500 shares at NOK 50.80
per share.
Marcus C Nilsson has exercised 1 000 options and bought 500 shares at NOK 50.80

Kristina Andreasson has exercised 500 options and bought 500 shares at NOK 50.80
per share.
