Elmera Group ASA: Annual report 2021
With reference to the stock exchange notice from 30 March 2022 regarding the Annual Report for 2021.
In the Annual Report for 2021, published 30 March 2022, the numbers in the “current liabilities” table in the Statement of financial position of the parent company Fjordkraft Holding ASA were offset by one row.
Attached is an updated version of the Annual Report for 2021.
The financial statements of the Group are unaffected by the correction – this only relates to the parent company’s financial statements.
