STOREBRAND ASA: Change in group management

Geir Holmgren has resigned from his position as Managing Director of Storebrand

Livsforsikring AS and Executive Vice President of the Storebrand Group to begin

as the new CEO of Gjensidige.

"Geir is a committed and knowledgeable leader with broad professional

experience. I want to thank Geir for all the good collaboration and the results

he has achieved over the past 25 years in Storebrand. I wish Geir all the best

of luck in a very exciting new job for him", says CEO of Storebrand ASA, Odd

Arild Grefstad.

Holmgren will leave his position in Storebrand on Friday the 3rd of June.

Recruitment to fill his position is in progress. Lars Aa. Løddesøl will become

interim Managing Director of Storebrand Livsforsikring AS while also maintaining

his position as Group CFO of Storebrand.
