From 24 May 2022 until 2 June 2022 Elmera Group ASA has purchased a total of 1 848 000 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 23.71 per share.

The issuer's holding of own shares: Following the completion of the above transactions, Elmera Group ASA owns a total of 4 990 227 own shares, corresponding to 4.36% of Elmera Group ASA's share capital.
