StrongPoint ASA - share capital increase registered

(Oslo, 04 June 2022) - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by StrongPoint ASA (ticker: STRO) on 01 June 2022 regarding a decision by the Board of Directors of StrongPoint ASA to increase the share capital. The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital has been increased with NOK 317,633.44 through issuance of 512,312 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.62. The new share capital is NOK 27,830,778.24 divided by 44,888,352 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.62.
