As announced 5th of January 2022 and 11th of March 2022 KONGSBERG will purchase up to MNOK 320 of own shares related to the employee share program.

The stock exchange notice dated11th of March 2022 stated that shares for a value of NOK 316 million were to be purchased from 25th of March. With the transactions announced today the buy-back program related to the employee share program 2022 are completed.

After the above-mentioned transactions KONGSBERG owns a total of 1 656 837 own shares, corresponding to 0.92% of KONGSBERG's share capital. Out of these 760 125 shares are related to the buy-back of shares for cancelation where the cancelation of shares was approved by the General Meeting on11 May 2022.
