Pursuant to the Notice on the disposal of HPB own shares which has been publicly disclosed on December 12, 2024, in line with the Article 473 of the Capital Markets Act, Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c., Zagreb, Jurišićeva ulica 4 (hereinafter: the Bank), discloses that subsequent to the December 2024 disposal of 49 of own shares without voting rights, designated HPB, representing 0.002420% of the shareholder's equity, new total number of shares with voting rights equals 2,024,625, representing 100% of the shareholder's equity of the Bank.

Bank's shareholder equity has remained unchanged and amounts to EUR 161,970,000.00 and is divided into 2,024,625 of common shares at face value of EUR 80.00 each, which are being kept in the public depository maintained by the Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. under the designation HPB. Each share bears one voting right in the General Assembly of the Bank.
