Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility in accordance with Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) ("MAR")
The Company announces that it has been informed that Chris Grigg, Non-executive Director, purchased 17,636 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 in the Company (the "Shares") on 9 December 2024 at a price of 567.08 pence per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Grigg holds an interest of 27,736 Shares, representing approximately 0.0022% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
In addition, the Company has been informed that David Lis, Non-executive Director, sold 47,950 Shares on 9 December 2024 at an average price of 565.54 pence per Share as part of his personal tax planning arrangements.
