In the period from 02 December 2024 to 06 December 2024, a total of 2,092,905 shares were purchased under the share buyback program of RWE Aktiengesellschaft, the start of which was announced on 27 November 2024.

The shares were purchased by a credit institution commissioned by the company as follows:
