Ferrovial (Ticker: "FER") refers to the announcement disclosed to the market on 23 August 2024, regarding the implementation of a repurchase program for its shares (the "Program").

Within the framework of the Program, since its beginning up to and including 6 December 2024, the Company has repurchased a total of 6,270,000 shares for a total amount of 235,165,662.14 euro.
