Elopak ASA - Transactions made in connection with buy back of shares related to its long term incentive plan.

As announced in the stock exchange notice on the 8th of June , Elopak ASA will purchase own shares for a total purchase amount of approximately NOK 1.7 million (based on the closing price on May 31 May 2022) and the maximum number of shares to be purchased is thus 110 000 shares.

Elopak AS has today managed to buy in the number of shares that were granted by the Company`s general meeting on 12 May 2022.

Following the completion of the above transactions, Elopak ASA owns 105 000 treasury shares, corresponding to 0.04 % of Elopak ASA`s share capital.

The buyback program was first announced on 8 June 2022, and is carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052. The duration of the buyback program was 8th-9th June 2022.
