An introduction of the proposed new board member follows:

Steffen McInerney has a solid experience with digital marketing, both at the strategic and operational level. From the recent years as the CMO at Noroff School of Technology and Digital media. In Noroff, Steffen has been a crucial capability and a direct contributor to Noroff's historic growth and becoming an international professional an university college in few years. His Executive MBA is based on a bachelor's degree in communication as well as practical pedagogy.

By adding perhaps the country's foremost expertise in developing digital growth strategies and digital marketing, he complements the board's current expertise in a good and important way with regard to the company's (SGP) ambitious and digital growth strategy. The Board looks forward to using his insight and experience both in the boardroom and elsewhere in specific projects, to secure and strengthen the SGP's position and growth going forward.

The recommendation is formalised at the extraordinary general meeting of SGP on June 22nd.
