KL Special Opportunities Master Fund Ltd and KL UCITS ICAV – KL Event Driven UCITS Fund, which are investment funds managed by Kite Lake Capital Management (UK) LLP, together hold 18,770,612 shares in Otello Corporation ASA. As a result of a cancellation of treasury shares by Otello Corporation ASA, which was registered on 14 June 2022, those shares now represent 20.60% of the shares in the company (based on 91,099,729 outstanding shares). Their holding therefore exceeds 20% of the shares in the company as a result of the share cancellations. No shares are held by the funds in the form of rights to shares. The shares are held by custodians in accounts in the names of the funds.
