Havila Kystruten AS: Havila Capella insurance and certificates are in place and the ship can sail again

Norwegian Maritime Authority has now issued valid certificates for Havila

Capella to Havila Kystruten

on the basis of valid protection and indemnity insurance from

Assuranceforeningen Skuld.

Further work is being carried out on the other insurances so that Havila Capella

can sail

along the Norwegian Coast with departure from Bergen on the 28(th) June.

Insurance coverage has been put in place as a result of the rights the company

was awarded in Hordaland District Court's ruling of 20(th) June 2020.
