Change in the group management of SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge
As a result of work on drafting an AIRB application, changes will be made to the group management of SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge from 1 August.
In connection with the presentation of the quarterly accounts for the first quarter, it was informed that the bank has initiated a process to apply to Finanstilsynet for AIRB approval during the first half of 2024. Deputy CEO Geir Årstein Hansen will take over as head of the AIRB project. In this connection, Roar Snippen will be appointed Executive Vice President of Finance, Analysis and IR (CFO).
In light of this, risk management and compliance are also shared in that Kristian Kloster becomes Acting Executive Vice President for Risk Management. Marianne Sommerro Evensen will continue as Executive Vice President for Compliance, Legal and Group Administration.
Attached is an overview of the group management in SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge as of 1 August 2022.
