New lease contract in Schweigaardsgate 15 in Oslo

Entra has signed a new lease contract with Amedia for 8,550 sqm in

Schweigaardsgate 15 in Oslo. The new lease contract has a duration of eight

years, starting from Q2 2024. Amedia will move from 6,000 sqm in Entra's

property Akersgata 34/36 in Oslo.

Schweigaardsgate 15 is currently under redevelopment and will be finalized in Q2

2023/Q1 2024. The project is now 73 % pre let.
