EAM Solar ASA: Initial comment on Oslo District Court decision

Reference is given to the stock exchange notice issued on the 1st of July 2022.

The Company has decided to consider an appeal of the decision by the Oslo District Court.

A decision of appeal will be taken within 14 days of receiving the formal decision from Oslo District Court. The formal decision is not yet received.
