Bård Olsen, CFO of Magnora ASA, has purchased 24,000 shares in Magnora ASA ("Magnora") today 4 July 2022 at an average price of NOK 18.2068 per share.

Following this acquisition, Bård Olsen controls 50,000 shares in Magnora ASA, which equals 0.09 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.

Mr. Olsen also holds 100,000 share options in Magnora ASA.
