Reference is made to the announcement published on 20 May 2022 by Havyard Group ASA (the "Company") regarding an agreement for the acquisition of the shares in HG Group AS.

Rune Skarveland, board member and primary insider, has on 29 June 2022 received respectively 2 999 511 and 4 960 847 settlement shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 5,19 per share, through his closely associated companies Eikestø AS and Eikestø Eiendom AS.

After the transaction, Eikestø AS holds 2 999 511 shares and Eikestø Eiendom AS holds 4 960 847 shares in the Company.
