Vår Energi to provide quarterly production updates starting with Q2 2022

Sandnes, Norway, 5 July 2022: Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will following the end

of the second quarter of 2022 start providing an update on quarterly production

figures and realised oil and gas prices prior to the planned quarterly financial

reporting.

The first production update is scheduled to be published on 11 July before the

market opens. Going forward, Vår Energi expects to issue the production update

between 10 to 15 working days after the end of the quarter and will provide the

specific publication date approximately one week before on its investor

relations web page (https://investors.varenergi.no/home/default.aspx).
