Small Share Parcel Sale Facility - Completion
Further to previous market announcements, Clean Seas Seafood Limited ACN 094 380 435 (Company) advises that it has completed the Small Share Parcel Sale Facility (Facility).
The Facility enabled shareholders who held less than a marketable parcel of shares (Small Share Parcel) as at 7.00pm (Adelaide time) on 2 May 2022 (Record Date) to sell their Small Share Parcel without incurring expenses such as brokerage costs. The Facility also enabled the Company to reduce administrative costs associated with maintaining a large number of shareholders holding Small Share Parcels.
A total of 973 shareholders with an aggregate holding of 429,165 shares participated in the Facility. These Shares were sold by the Company's exclusive broker to the Facility, Bell Potter Securities Limited (Bell Potter). The shares were sold by Bell Potter at an average price of $0.535 per share.
Eligible Shareholders whose shares were sold under the Facility will receive formal notification and disbursement of the proceeds from the Company in due course.
