Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcements by PGS ASA (the

"Company") regarding the subsequent offering which subscription period commenced

on 1 July 2022 (the "Subsequent Offering).

Further reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 29 June 2022

regarding the approval of a prospectus for inter alia, the listing and offering

of the new shares in the Subsequent Offering (the "Prospectus"). The Financial

Supervisory Authority of Norway (Nw.: Finanstilsynet) has today approved a

prospectus supplement dated 11 July 2022 (the "Prospectus Supplement") to the

Prospectus.

The Prospectus Supplement has been prepared due to the Company's trading update

made 11 July 2022. The information contained in the Prospectus Supplement shall

be considered an integral part of, and is to be read together with, the

Prospectus. The Prospectus and Prospectus Supplement are available on the
