EAM Solar ASA: Appeal of Oslo District Court decision filed to Borgarting Appellate Court today

The Company has today, the 15th of July, filed an appeal of the decision by the Oslo District Court to the Borgarting Appellate Court. The Company and its legal counsel deem that the decision by the Oslo District court dated the 1st of July is incorrect in both facts as well as law.

The Company will give further comments on this issue oin conjunction with the 1st quarter report on the 16th of August 2022.
