MPC Container Ships ASA ("MPCC" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: MPCC) has

been notified that these transactions have been completed, 15 July 2022, by

closely associated party of a primary insider in MPCC:

Ferrostaal GmbH, associated party and closely associated persons of, among

others, members of the Board of Directors of MPCC, has on 15 July 2022, bought

36,381 shares in MPC Container Ships ASA at an average share price of NOK 21.50.
