STOREBRAND ASA: Sale of own shares to employees
In connection with Storebrand's remuneration program for employees where part of
the salary is paid in shares, Storebrand ASA has sold a total of 31,015 shares
to employees at NOK 76.09 per share. After this transaction Storebrand ASA holds
a total of 1,291,223 own shares.
