Following the subsequent offering in PGS concluded on 15 July, where the outstanding shares in the Company increased to 655 062 083, MH Capital’s shareholding as a % of outstanding shares dropped to 4,89%. The number of shares held by MH Capital remains unchanged at 32 039 511 shares.
