Sandnes, Norway, 18 July 2022: Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will release its

results for the second quarter and first half 2022 on 26 July at 07:00 CET.

A webcast and conference call followed by Q&A will be held the same day at 10:00

CET hosted by CEO Torger Rød and CFO Stefano Pujatti.
