Vår Energi ASA: Ex dividend Q2 2022

Sandnes, Norway, 4 August 2022: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will be

traded ex dividend of NOK 1.025 per share for the second quarter of 2022, as of

today, 4 August.

With reference to the stock market announcement on 26 July, the Board of Vår

Energi ASA resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.025 per share, NOK

2 558 816 402 in total, equal to USD 260 million relating to Q2 2022. The

dividend will be paid in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is based on the daily

exchange rate published by Norges Bank 25 July 2022 approximately at 1600hrs

CEST. The dividend will be paid on 11 August 2022.
