Reference is made to previous announcement concerning issuance of new shares in

Andfjord Salmon AS through a private placement of 4,144,932 new shares

subscribed for by Jerónimo Martins Agro-Alimentar. Following registration of the

share capital increase pertaining to these new shares, the registered share

capital of the company is now NOK 41,038,927, divided on 41,038,927 shares each

of par value NOK 1.
