company announced its plan to buy up to 1,000,000 own shares in connection with

the company's employee share saving plan.

In the period from 9 August to 12 August, the company purchased 200,000 shares

at an average price of NOK 325.57. An overview of the transactions, and a

After these transactions, Aker BP ASA owns a total of 525,655 own shares,

corresponding to 0.08% percent of the company's share capital.
