From 29 August 2022 until 02 September 2022, StrongPoint ASA has purchased a

total of 18,477 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK

18.738 per share.

Following the completion of the above transactions, StrongPoint ASA owns a total

of 165,871 own shares, corresponding to 0.4% of StrongPoint ASA's share capital.
