Disclosure of Voting Rights in Shares

M&G Plc controls voting rights in 33,391,523 shares of PGS, which estimates to a 4.91% holding, 10,891,722 shares out on loan (right of recall), which estimates to 1.60%, and therefore total interest in 44,283,245 shares, which estimates to a 6.51% holding as of 1st September 2022 based on the total number of shares/voting rights of 680,299,714.

This notification is due to the implementation of Directive 2013/50/EU, effective 1st September 2022. According to the amended regulations, lending, borrowing, return and receival of lent shares are to be notified as acquisition and sale of shares. The table below shows the split between lent and normal shares.

All shares attributed to M&G Plc are managed by M&G Investment Management Limited.
