LINK Mobility - Election of board member - Notice of extraordinary general meeting
The nomination committee of LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (LINK) proposes that Sabrina Gosman is elected as new board member of LINK’s board of directors and that Katherine Ji-Young Woo is released from her position as board member.
LINK will hold an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for the election of Ms. Sabrina Gosman on 27 September 2022 at 10:00 CEST at LINK’s offices at Universitetsgata 2, 0164 Oslo, Norway.
The notice of the EGM, including the recommendation from the nomination committee, is attached and available from LINK's investor relations pages together with other relevant documents.
