EAM Solar ASA conducted today an Extraordinary General Meeting in its offices at Bryggetorget 7, Oslo.

A total of 3,139,649 shares equivalent to 45.82% of the total shares in the Company were represented through participation or proxy.

All decisions were passed unanimously and in accordance with the proposals made by the Board of Directors.
