Reference is made to the notice issued on 5 September 2022, where Treasure ASA ("the Company") launched an offer to all shareholders to buy back up to 6.000.000 shares through a book building process with a bid price of NOK 16,50 per share.
Today, the Company has bought 2.594.566 shares at a price of NOK 16,50 per share.
Pursuant to the transaction, Treasure ASA holds 2.594.566 own shares.
