On the 9th September 2022, Primary insiders of Huddlestock Fintech AS, The Chief

Executive Officer and The Chief Financial Officer purchased shares in the

company.

John Egil Skajem, Chief Executive Officer of Huddlestock Fintech AS, has

purchased 100.000 shares in Huddlestock Fintech AS at a purchase price of NOK

2,75 per share. After the purchase, John Egil Skajem owns a total of 961.606

shares in Huddlestock Fintech AS.

Anders Peinert, Chief Financial Officer of Huddlestock Fintech AS, has purchased

100.000 shares in Huddlestock Fintech AS at a purchase price of NOK 2,75 per

share. Mr. Peinert has acquired the shares through 100% owned Zolo Konsult AS.

After the purchase, Zolo Konsult AS owns 100.000 shares in Huddlestock Fintech

AS.

Cecilia Luras, Director of Strategy & Investor Relations of Huddlestock Fintech

AS, has purchased 20.000 shares in Huddlestock Fintech AS, at a purchase price

of NOK 2,75 per share. After the purchase, owns Cecilia Luras 110.000 in

Huddlestock Fintech AS.
