Songa Corp. has on 13 September 2022 sold 62,510,681 shares in Seaway 7 ASA (the "Company") corresponding to 14.32% of the issued and outstanding shares and votes in the Company to Songa Capital AS. Songa Holding AS is the parent company of both Songa Corp. and Songa Capital AS, and the transfer was done in connection with an internal asset reallocation in the Blystad Group.

Following the transaction, (i) Songa Corp. owns nil shares and votes in the Company and (ii) Songa Capital AS owns 62,510,681 shares in the Company, corresponding to 14.32% of the issued and outstanding shares and votes in the Company.
