Zalaris & Lagom Sign Deal to Deliver SAP SuccessFactors to Sealord in New Zealand

Zalaris, the provider of Payroll and HR solutions that simplify work life and

support creating sustainable businesses, today announced the signing of an

agreement in partnership with Lagom in New Zealand, to implement SAP

SuccessFactors for international fishing operator Sealord Group.

With fishing operations in New Zealand, Australia and Mauritius, Sealord is one

of the largest seafood companies in the Southern Hemisphere. Zalaris and Lagom

will deliver Zalaris' leading PeopleHub

solution (https://zalaris.com/peoplehub/), powered by SAP SuccessFactors, to

Sealord's 1,200 plus employees across Australia and New Zealand. This

implementation includes Employee Central, Performance and Goals Management,

Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Career Development & Succession Planning,

and SAP Litmos through the SAP Partner-Managed Cloud platform.

functions, Sealord turned to Zalaris and Lagom to help solve inefficiencies with

their current manual HR processes that required constant intervention due to

bespoke requirements associated with the fishing industry.
