Photocure ASA – Major shareholding disclosure

On 23 September 2022, Briarwood Chase Management LLC, via a private investment fund under its management, acquired 92,704 shares in Photocure ASA. Following which, Briarwood Chase Management LLC controls 4,113,097 shares in Photocure ASA, corresponding to 15.17% of the company's outstanding share capital and voting rights. The shares in Photocure ASA are held through a private investment fund which is managed by Briarwood Chase Management LLC, whose Managing Member is Aalap Mahadevia.
