ASA has on 26 September 2022 received 38.052 shares in the company. After the

transferal, Emese Weissenbacher holds 38.052 shares in Kongsberg Automotive ASA.

The shares are transferred as part of the remuneration to the board of directors

as resolved by the Annual General Meeting 2 June 2022 (See notice to Oslo Stock
