average price of NOK 2,235 per share. Following this transaction, Bob Riedford

now holds 814 shares in Kongsberg Automotive ASA.

Bob Riedford has resigned as the President of Powertrain & Chassis to pursue

opportunities outside of KA effective October 1, 2022.
