Havyard Group ASA initiates share buyback program
Havyard Group ASA (the "Company") has decided to initiate a share buyback program. The buyback program will be conducted in accordance with the authorization provided by the annual general meeting to the board of directors on 13 June 2022. The share buyback program will be for a maximum of 7,198,731 shares. The Company has engaged Arctic Securities AS to carry out the share buyback program on its behalf. The program will commence on 29 September 2022 and continue until 30 June, 2023.
