HydrogenPro ASA - Approval and publication of prospectus in connection with admission to trading on Oslo Børs

Porsgrunn, Norway, 30 September 2022 - HydrogenPro ASA (the "Company" or

"HydrogenPro") (Euronext Growth Oslo: HYPRO) announces further updates regarding

its transfer to the main list on Oslo Børs.

The first day of trading of the Company's shares on Oslo Børs is expected to be

3 October 2022. Consequently, the last day of trading of the Company's shares on

Euronext Growth Oslo is expected to be today, 30 September 2022.

The Company has prepared a prospectus in connection with the listing of its

shares on Oslo Børs' main list, and the prospectus was approved by the Norwegian

Financial Supervisory Authority today, 30 September 2022. The prospectus will be

available at HydrogenPro's web page as soon as possible and at the latest prior

to first day of trading on Oslo Børs: https://hydrogen-pro.com/.
