announcing Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA's ("Cloudberry" or the "Company") second

quarter and first half report 2022 financial results (the "2022 H1 Report").

The Board of Directors' responsibility statement was not included in the

Company's 2022 H1 Report. Attached is a revised 2022 H1 Report for the Company.

The 2022 H1 Report now includes a responsibility statement from the Board of

Directors on page 44, as required under the Norwegian Securities Trading Act

section 5-6 paragraph (2). The previously published report is otherwise

unchanged.
