EAM Solar ASA: Transfer of shares in Energeia AS

Reference is made to the announcements by the Company on 15 August, 6 September and 7 September 2022 about dividend information.

Those of EAM Solar ASA's shareholders, who are entitled to dividend shares in Energeia AS, will have these shares transferred today, Monday 3 October 2022.

Those of the shareholders who have an ordinary VPS account will have their shares transferred in the usual way.

Those of the shareholders who have a share savings account (Norwegian: Aksjesparekonto - ASK) will have the shares transferred to their ASK, but because ASK cannot be used for unlisted shares, or shares listed on Euronext Growth, the providers of ASK accounts will have 10 days to transfer these shares to an ordinary VPS account.

Questions relating to the practicalities of transferring from ASK to a VPS account must be directed to the individual shareholder’s account manager/provider of ASK.
