Hunter Group ASA - Exercise of warrants
Oslo, 6 October 2022
Reference is made to the warrants issued to Apollo Asset Limited ("Apollo") by
the General Meeting on 19 September 2022. Today, Apollo, a company owned by
primary insider and board member Mr. Arne Fredly, has today exercised 15,000,000
warrants in Hunter Group ASA (the "Company"), giving right to 15,000,000 shares
at an average unadjusted strike price of NOK 2.9 per share (adjusted strike
price of minus NOK 0.40 per share). Apollo will receive the shares from the
Company's treasury shares, meaning no new shares will be issued and registered
following the transaction. The total number of outstanding shares in the Company
will remain 575,362,013 following the distribution, and the Company will own
4,762,826 of it's own shares. Apollo will own 183,500,000 shares and zero
warrants in the Company.
