Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 30 September 2022 on the appointment of the new CFO in Quantafuel ASA, Christian Bekkevold Nilsen.

Christian Bekkevold Nilsen has been awarded 300,000 options in Quantafuel ASA as part of Quantafuel’s share option program. Please see the attachment for details. After the award, Christian Bekkevold Nilsen holds 300,000 options in Quantafuel ASA.
