Seaway 7 ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the announcement by Seaway 7 ASA (the "Company" or "Seaway7") today regarding commencement of a fully underwritten rights issue in the Company (the "Rights Issue").

Subsea 7 Blue Space Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Subsea 7 S.A., exercised today all of its 314,325,054 subscription rights under the Rights Issue representing 314,325,054 new shares in the Company. Subsea 7 Blue Space Limited is a close associate of Kristian Siem, Chairman of the Board of Subsea 7 S.A. and a primary insider in Seaway7.
