BEWI - Shareholder disclosure notification

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by BEWI ASA on 3 October

2021 and 15 October 2021 regarding acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares in

Jackon Holding AS (the "Transaction"). As partial consideration in the

Transaction, BEWI will issue 32,070,000 consideration shares to HAAS AS. As

communicated in the stock exchange announcement by BEWI today, 12 October 2022,

the Transaction has been approved by the Norwegian Competition Authorities and

there are no other outstanding conditions to complete the Transaction.

Following issuance of the consideration shares upon completion of the

Transaction, BEWI's share capital will be NOK 191,347,992, divided between

191,347,992 shares. HAAS' ownership will be 32,070,000 shares and no rights to

shares, representing approximately 16.76 per cent of the total number of

outstanding shares and votes in BEWI.
